How to choose your watch

Most watches can be purchased through online stores, except for some customized and pre ordered models. Please consult customer service for details.

The brands we represent in our store are shipped directly from the manufacturer, with official authorization and agency authorization letters, and enjoy official warranty services. If you purchase a non store agent brand from our store, there will be a specialized appraisal agency to ensure authenticity before trading. Watches sold from our store are eligible for a one loss, three compensation service.

Sure, welcome to our West Wood Time flagship store in Beijing, China to personally inspect your watch. If you are in other cities (only in Chinese Mainland) and are interested in buying a watch, you can pay 25% of the refundable deposit of the watch itself. If you are satisfied with the physical item, you can complete the transaction by paying the remaining balance; If not satisfied, only the travel expenses of the staff will be deducted, and the remaining deposit can be refunded.

Security, all data and payment information submitted through the service department are protected by encryption technology. We will not retain your payment information, including credit card numbers.

Payment and delivery issues

Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, bank transfer, WeChat, Alipay, etc. can be used to purchase our watches.

Payment can be made in Chinese Yuan (CNY), Hong Kong Dollar (HKD), US Dollar (USD), Euro (EUR), Swiss Franc (CHF). For other currencies, please contact customer service in advance for confirmation.

In Chinese Mainland, the goods will be delivered within 2~7 working days by parcel post.

It takes about 14 working days for overseas countries to arrive in Chinese Mainland.

When Chinese Mainland goes to overseas countries, depending on local customs policies and logistics methods, the goods will arrive within 10~20 working days. Please communicate with customer service in advance.

For orders in Chinese Mainland, we will deliver goods for you through SF Express, and you can also check your express location through SF order number.

For international orders, we will arrange shipping for you through express delivery methods such as Fedex or DHL, and send you the tracking number information in advance.
